Hi everyone, I've not done one of these for a while, but as there's been a lot going on, I thought I'd do a bit of a round-up of news. Here are some of the things that have been happening:

The biggest news, obviously, is the appointment of the new management team, Marc and Liam.

This has obviously led to some player movements - these are the ones that have been brought in, either by Marc and Liam or Interim Manager Sammy Ayres:

Darren joined from Tilbury and made his debut against White Ensign on Saturday. He will be a massively important addition to the squad. Welcome to The Bridge, Darren.

Leo has played a couple of games now and has been very influential in his attacking midfield role. He joined The Bridge from Rayleigh Town. Welcome to The Bridge, Leo.

Forward Ellis was previously at Romford and has been on the scoresheet already, scoring 3 goals in 4 games. Welcome to The Bridge, Ellis.

Jack made his debut at White Ensign and was previously with Basildon United. Welcome to The Bridge, Jack.

Forward Nathan has played a few games for The Bridge now. He was previously at Tilbury. Welcome to The Bridge, Nathan.

Ollie returns to The Bridge after a spell with rivals GWR and has played a few games now. Welcome back to The Bridge, Ollie.

And well done to club secretary Tony Smith for all the hard work on the registrations.

The ESL Team of the Week is out and includes Kelson McFarlane (although he's listed as Nelson!) and Ellis Devereux, who both had outstanding games against White Ensign (and GWR in the Peter Butcher, but I'm not sure if that was taken into account). Well done to both.

Finally, you may have noticed that the draw for The Errington Cup has been made (shown below). The matches are to be played w/c 12th January 2026, so our game is likely to be Tuesday 13th, but, of course, we'll confirm ASAP.
